All products shown on the website are stock items held in warehouse in southern england and as such can be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order to us. We anticipate delivery to you within 7 working days. If in the unlikely event any item is temporarily out of stock, a member of our customer service team will inform and advise you.
Please note all sizes stated on this website are approximate.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or an exchange. Simply email us to notify us of your intention and inform us of the reason for the return stating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for another item and we will supply you with a ‘Returns’ address. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were despatched, with all labels/tickets attached with plastic wrapping intact and full packaging utilised we will commence the refund/exchange process.
When returning goods please ensure that you send the items back by recorded delivery, as Room Beautiful Limited cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not received back at our warehouse or are damaged in transit. Please note that we are unable to refund postage or courier charges for goods that are being exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order at any time until 7 days after delivery. Please read section above entitled 'Returns'.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, and Delta. All credit/debit card details given to this site are secure and are processed by Protx. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement as ‘RoomBeautiful.co.uk’.
Those wishing to pay by cheque have the option to print an order form and post us their order with payment by cheque. United Kingdom cheques only please. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods despatched.
All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Postage and packaging is included in the price shown.

The information collected about customers, is that which is entered at the time of ordering. The reason that we collect information about you is to process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent, we are replying to your correspondence, or if we need to advise you about your order.
Under no circumstances do we share your data with any third parties.
If you wish to give someone a gift from our site, but are unsure what they would like, why not purchase a gift voucher. These can be purchased in denominations of £5, £10 and £25. Once you have ordered the gift voucher, you have the option of having it emailed to yourself or a friend (including a message). Gift Vouchers can be printed and cut out and used as traditional vouchers if you prefer. Each certificate has a unique code, which is entered at the checkout when purchasing your items.
Where a promotion / corporate discount has been given, you need to enter the code that appears in the advertisement. This code will be valid for the period of time stated on the advertisement, and will give the customer the advertised percentage off their goods.
