All products shown on the website are stock items held in the warehouse in Southern England and as such can be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order to us. We anticipate delivery to you within 7 working days however, if in the unlikely event any item is temporarily out of stock, a member of our customer service team will inform and advise you.
For all our UK Mainland deliveries we use a national courier service and in the event of there being no-one at the delivery address to sign for the goods they will leave a card so that customers can telephone their local depot to arrange a convenient delivery time or discuss collection arrangements.
All products are packed to a very high standard. All small and medium sized items are corner protected, then shrink wrapped and placed in a box with a polystyrene inner. Finally a protective polyfoam edging is positioned around the outer box.
Please note that larger items including Leaner Mirrors are transported
on pallets to ensure safe delivery. For this type of delivery we
usually use a company called Palletways and we will telephone you prior
to delivery to ensure there is someone at the address to take in the item.
We currently only deliver to UK Mainland addresses.
Please be advised that couriers usually deliver to your door at street level.
